For 4 to 5 bed properties, the cost is £350. We capture all video and pictures in high resolution, providing you with a detailed visual assessment on a convenient USB stick. Multiple surveys on the same day may result in reduced pricing.
Commercial Building Surveys: Trust us to deliver accurate and detailed evaluations of commercial buildings. Pricing varies based on the size and complexity of the structure. We offer a free consultation before a quote priced at £125, which is deducted from the total invoice upon agreement. Commercial survey costs typically fall within the range of £300 - £1000. For larger structures such as aircraft hangars, we provide personalized quotes to cater to your specific needs.
Land Surveys: Ensure informed decision-making with our land surveys. Pricing is determined by the size of the land and requires an in-person evaluation. We charge a £75 consultation fee, which is deducted from the final invoice if the project proceeds. Small plots suitable for up to 5 x 3 bed houses with adequate garden space range from £225 - £350. For larger plots, pricing is determined during our consultation, ensuring complete transparency and accurate cost estimation.
Other Structures: Our expertise extends beyond traditional surveys. We specialize in capturing breath-taking aerial footage and imagery of various structures, including wind turbines, bridges, tall buildings, railways, cliffs, oil rigs, gas rigs, ships, boat yards, motorways, rivers, and streams. There are virtually no limits to what we can access and survey for you.

Pricing starts at £150 for a single-house up to 5 bedrooms. For multiple properties scheduled on the same day, we offer attractive discounts. Larger properties are quoted based on area and project complexity.
